Harry Chaskin is a writer, director, and stop-motion animator.
He strives to tell character driven stories using classic handmade techniques. Harry has helmed projects for Netflix, Adult Swim, Warner Bros, DC Comics, Disney, and many others. He co-created the Annie-nominated web series Friendship All-Stars with L/Studio and Stoopid Buddy and recently directed Netflix's first stop-motion series, Buddy Thunderstruck. His short film Bygone Behemoth premiered at SXSW and went on to screen at dozens of festivals internationally, picking up several awards along the way.
Other notable credits include Robot Chicken, WWE Slam City, Mary Shelley’s Frankenhole, and commercial collaborations with PES. He is currently in production on a pulpy live-action/stop-motion hybrid film called Steel Cut Oats and a comic book series about the seedy underbelly of theme parks.
